Adi Godrej heads MCA committee

Adi Godrej will head a 13-member committee constituted by the ministry of corporate affairs to frame a draft policy document on corporate governance. The committee's mandate is to suggest a comprehensive policy framework to enable corporate governance of highest quality in all classes of companies without impinging on their internal autonomy, a ministry circular issued said on Wednesday.
