After setting up a hunting team to hunt for clients in the beginning of the year, Wipro has now created a team of ‘farmers’. Its mandate is to cultivate the accounts won by the hunters by deepening ties with the clients. “It is the job of the hunting team to win clients, but it is the farming team which will extract the most out of them and grow them further,” T K Kurien, CEO of IT business told Business Standard.
