Ambience Developers buys Gurgaon land for Rs 206 cr

In a large deal, NCR-based Ambience Developers has bought 17.63 acres of prime land in Gurgaon from the Aricent Group for Rs 206 crore. The land parcel is on the Old Gurgaon Highway, adjacent to the prominent residential project Gurgaon One.

"Ambience piped three of the largest national-level real estate players to bag this land to bag this strategically-located land parcel," said Nitish Bhasin, managing director, NCR Delhi, Jones Lang LaSalle India, the property consultant which brokered the deal.
