Apollo Hospitals Q3 net up 4% to Rs 45.8 cr

Apollo Hospitals today said its standalone net profit rose by 4.32 per cent to Rs 45.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 from the same period previous fiscal.

The company had posted a standalone net profit of Rs 43.91 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Net sales of the company rose to Rs 600.87 crore for the third quarter this fiscal from Rs 480.87 crore from the same period year ago.

Shares of Apollo Hospitals were trading at Rs 459.05 today in after noon trade on the NSE, up 0.40% from its previous close.
