Avenue Venture Partners pumps in Rs 40 cr in Vastubodh Projects

PE firm to invest in Vastubodh's affordable housing projects

Pune based Vastubodh Projects today announced that it has received funding of Rs 40 crore from PE firm Avenue Venture Partners Real Estate Fund. 
 
The PE firm will invest in Vastubodh's affordable housing projects.
 
The first tranche of the total investment, that is about Rs 20 crore, will be invested in AnandGram project that will come up on a 22 acres plot at Pune-Solapur highway.
