Bartronics net slips 52.53%
Bartronics India Ltd, a Hyderabad-based provider of automatic identification and data capture and radio frequency identification solutions, saw 52.53 per cent decline in net profit to Rs 9.56 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2009, from Rs 20.14 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Thomas Cook reports loss
India’s largest travel and tour operator, Thomas Cook, has reported a net loss of Rs 1.42 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2009, against a profit of Rs 2.71 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
PCBL posts Rs 57.12 cr loss
Phillips Carbon Black Ltd has posted a net loss of Rs 57.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, against a net profit of Rs 19.08 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal on account of a demand shortfall triggered by the global meltdown.
