BHEL Q3 net plunges 69.4% to Rs 213 crore

Net sales down 28.2% to Rs 6,078 crore

BHEL's Q3 net profit plunged 69.4% to Rs 212.6 crore. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 694.81 crore for the quarter ended 31 December, 2013.

Net sales were down 28.2% to Rs 6,078 crore.

BHEL's operating margin came in at 4.7% compared to 11.4% in the year-ago period.
