Binny to consider merger of Mohan Breweries

Board of Directors will consider the proposal in a meeting to be held this week

Binny Ltd is planning to merge Mohan Breweries and Distilleries Ltd, a company under the same management along with its subsidiary Arthos Breweries Ltd with itself.

The company's Board of Directors would consider the proposal in a meeting to be held this week. It would also consider and approve the proposal received from Landmark Housing Projects Chennai Pvt Ltd, with whom the Company has entered into an agreement of sale for 14.16 acres of land, to pay in advance or settle the entire sale consideratiom, it said
