Cholamandalam plans equity offering

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, a Murugappa Group company, is looking to raise capital through equity offering in the second half of the year to fund business growth.

The company may raise equity through the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route or private equity. The final decision will be based on performance and business outlook, the company said.
