Core Education posts Q1 net loss of Rs 33.3 crore

Net sales stood at Rs 342.11 crore vs Rs 482.64 crore in same period last year

Education services company Core Education and Technologies posted a net loss of Rs 33.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013, as compared to net profit of Rs 78.54 crore posted in the same quarter last fiscal.
 
The net sales stood at Rs 342.11 crore as compared to Rs 482.64 crore in same period last fiscal. In terms of segment-wise revenue for the quarter, governance contributed Rs 109.15 crore, consulting for Rs 106.31 crore and advance technology for Rs 73.08 crore, among others.
