Deepak Khosla to head sales & mktg at NIIT Tech

IT firm NIIT Technologies today announced the appointment of Deepak Khosla as the global head of sales and marketing.

Khosla will strengthen sales and marketing activities of the company and work closely with business units in all geographies to enhance the company's market position, NIIT Tech said in a statement.

He would operate from the company's head office in New Delhi, it added.

"I am happy to induct Deepak into our leadership team and am confident he will contribute significantly to sustain our growth momentum," NIIT Technologies CEO Arvind Thakur said.

Khosla was earlier serving as President (SAARC) at Patni Computers Systems (now iGATE Patni) and has also worked with HCL, SAS, Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) and Dun and Bradstreet.
