The court has also restrained HUL from publishing a print ad, which disparaged Colgate Strong Teeth.
The verdict came yesterday following an appeal made by Colgate on August 29 to a division bench of the Delhi High Court. It may be recalled that Colgate's injunction petition filed immediately after release of the commercial on August 9 was dismissed by the single judge of the Delhi High Court hearing the matter. This was on August 21.
