P Kishore, a co-founder of Everonn Education Ltd, has sold shares worth Rs 29.36 crore in the company. This comes a day after the company announced Kishore and his family had step down from the company as promoters.
The Everonn's Board said that it has received letters from Kishore, Jansi Kishore, Keerthi Kishore, PK Padmanabhan, Jayalakshmi Padmanabhan, Sarvotham, Celebrate India Tourism Limited, requesting to be declassified from promoter/promoter group category of the company on account of them being no longer in the control of the management and affairs, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
