Everonn plans 1,000 centres in 3 years

Its project Edupreneur is to get business leaders to work with the company.

Everonn Education Limi-ted has launched a project to widen its reach to 1,000 locations across India. The company plans to train at least one person from each district to run an education business.

The project, Edupreneur, is to promote business leaders who will work in collaboration with Everonn to start operations in each districts, thus enabling the company to set up its centres in 1,000 locations within a period of three years, said P Kishore, managing director, Everonn Education Ltd.

“Everonn has been very successful with a whole spectrum of educational offerings and we are keen to repeat our success story with mini-Everonns in every district, mini-metros and metros,” he said.

The company will provide entrepreneurship training to the candidates selected through stringent process and prepare them as ‘ambassadors of learning’ to head the district level centres. Each of the new centres will provide teaching content catering to students from pre-school to B-School.

After training, these people will have a potential to generate business of Rs 50 crore in 2020, said Kishore.

Everonn is currently delivering contents to 1,218 schools and over 1,800 colleges and almost 60 per cent its revenue from this business.

It has reported a revenue of Rs 296 crore with 45 per cent profit in last fiscal and expects 50 per cent growth in the current fiscal.
