EXL, IIM Lucknow launch programme on management consulting

DEsigned for mid-level professionals to help reorient their careers in emerging fields of management consulting, business analysis

Business process outsourcing services provider ExlService in partnership with the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has launched a certification programme on Business Management in Operational Excellence and Consulting. Applications have already been invited for the one-year on-campus programme which will be delivered at the Noida campus of IIM Lucknow, the company said in a statement.

The programme has been designed for mid-level professionals to help reorient their careers in the emerging fields of management consulting and business analysis. The programme imparts domain expertise in consulting which will be delivered by the Decision Analytics team at EXL, it added.

Working professionals with more than five years of experience will be eligible to apply for the programme which will include a module of 120 hours on business management including quantitative analysis, operations, strategy, finance, marketing and organizational behavior. It will also include more than 35 hours on consultative skills and business analysis in the areas of Information Management, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Claims and Finance.

The total number of seats for this programme is 60. The list of selected candidates will be announced on the IIM Lucknow website and on the notice board of the institute by the end of March 2013.
