GAIL India has declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.5 per equity share for the current financial year.
The record date for the same is fixed on 11 February and dividend payment will be credited in investors' accounts by or before 6 March, 2014.
On the BSE, shares of GAIL were trading at Rs 354.4, down 1.7% or Rs 6 at 2:41 pm.
