State-owned gas utility GAIL India has set a target of transmitting 121.55 million cubic metes per day of natural gas and marketing 85.75 mmcmd of gas sourced from domestic fields and imports in 2012-13.
GAIL signed a performance memorandum with the government setting these are targets for the fiscal 2012-13, a company press statement said here.
The annual Memorandum of Understanding was signed yesterday between Oil Secretary GC Chaturvedi and GAIL Chairman and Managing Director BC Tripathi.
GAIL is targeting production of 430,000 tonne of polymers and 1.37 million tonne of liquid hydrocarbons.
For 2012-13, it is looking at a gross sales for the fiscal at Rs 43,430 crore and a gross margin of Rs 6,287 crore.
