Genix Automation launches automatic car wash system

Automation solution provider Genix Automation Pvt Ltd has entered into touch-less robotic car wash system"FourWin". The company claims that it first of its kind speedy car wash in the Indian market. Recently, the system has been installed at Food Hub on Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

Talking about FourWin, Hiren Desai, Managing Director Genix said, “We are planning to launch FourWin in all over India in collaboration with leading automobile companies. Car wash is an unorganised sector in India which lacks usage of proper equipments, material and methodology resulting in waste of water.” 

He added that Genix FourWin will be introduced in all the metro and mini metro cities through company authorised service centres, housing societies, petrol pumps, food malls and city malls on revenue sharing basis.

FourWin is fully automated designed for small and medium-sized car and is capable of washing 20 vehicles per hour.

The touch less system that uses  high pressure water, shampoo and wax and also facilitates various levels of recycling of water. It is computer based and controlled by using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
