Software services company Geometric Ltd today said it has appointed Manu Parpia as the Managing Director and CEO of the company.
Parpia will take over from Ravishankar G, who resigned from the company for personal reasons.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said it has accepted the resignation of Ravishankar G.
The Board has appointed Parpia, Founder and Vice Chairman, to take over the role of MD and CEO with immediate effect, the filing added.
The appointment will be subject to necessary statutory approvals, it said.
"I will do my utmost to ensure we continue to enhance shareholder value by serving our customers better and in more innovative ways which add not only to revenue growth, but also to improvement in margins. I am committed to drive Geometric's transformation to become a global leader in the engineering services space," Parpia said.
