GVK Power and Infrastructure Limited (GVK PIL) has informed that GVK Developmental Projects Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, had won the bid for four laning on the Deoli-Kota section of the National Highway No12 in Rajasthan.
The project is estimated to cost Rs 850 crore and would be executed on a build, operate and transfer basis under the National Highways Development Programme (Phase III).
It would be implemented by GVK Deoli Kota Expressway Private Limited, the special purpose vehicle which signed the concession agreement with the NHAI last month, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
