Delhi-based HCL Infosystems, premier hardware, services and ICT system integration company, today appointed Harsh Chitale as the chief executive officer (CEO). Chitale will succeed Ajai Chowdhry, who will be the Chairman of the company.
Chitale has handled various large system integration and lifecycle services businesses. He moved to HCL Infosystem from Honeywell International Inc's wholly owned subsidiary, Honeywell Process Solution, where he led the business for North and South America.
"As we continue to invest in India and emerging markets, Harsh focus on enhancing our presence, strengthening our system integration, services offering and capacity building," said Ajai Chowdhry, chairman, HCL Infosystems.
