The country's largest two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp today reported its highest-ever sales for November at 5,36,772 units, registering a jump of 27.39% over the same month last year.
The company had sold 4,21,366 units in the corresponding month last year, Hero MotoCorp said in a statement.
"We have been maintaining five-lakh-plus sales since August 2011, when we had launched our new brand identity. This 27% growth in the post-festive month of November is significant as it comes after our record retail sales in the month of October," Hero MotoCorp Senior Vice-President (Marketing and Sales) Anil Dua said.
The company plans to continue with its strategy of regular new launches and network expansion, he added.
