Hexaware Technologies' CFO Prateek Aggarwal resigns

Hexaware Technologies today announced that its CFO Prateek Aggarwal has resigned.

The company also announced the appointment of Rajesh Kanani, Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance as the acting CFO from immediate effect.

Kanani has been with the company for the last 18 years and is a senior member of the finance team.

The company did not provide the reason for Aggarwal's resignation.
