After acquiring Indian Real Estate Forum (IREF) for around Rs 8 crore this March, Housing.com is in talks to acquire Realty Business Intelligence for a similar or lesser amount. According to sources, Commonfloor.com is also in the race for Realty Business Intelligence.

"Housing may bid for $2-3 million where as Commonfloor may bid for $1 million. Both are in discussions," a source directly in the know of the matter said. The companies have been talking to Realty Business Intelligence for around four months. Reality Business Intelligence provides information on the real estate sector, tracking trends and creating collateral risk management tools through the use of technology.
