Idea Cellular has posted a 44.63 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 278.2 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008, compared with Rs 192.34 crore in the ssame period last year. Total revenues rose to Rs 1,985.26 crore (Rs 1,319.45 crore) during the reporting quarter.
