KEC International bags Rs 1,500 cr orders
Includes Rs 672 cr order from Power Grid Corporation of India
KEC International has secured orders worth over Rs 1511 crore for transmission equipment, power systems and cables from domestic and foreign markets, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
This include Rs 672 crore order from Power Grid Corporation of India for supply of 800kv high voltage direct current power lines in Chhattisgarh.
Other orders include Rs 733 crore contract for design supply of transmission line in Oman and Nepal. KEC's international subsidiary SAE Towers has secured Rs 63 crore order for supply of lattice towers and poles in US, Brazil and Mexico.
