KKR, Goldman Sachs to pump in Rs 269 cr

Global investment firms Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co LP and Goldman Sachs would invest around Rs 268.8 crore in Chennai-based TVS Logistics Services, a third-party logistics service provider. TVS Logistics on Thursday announced that it has reached an agreement with an affiliate of KKR and Goldman Sachs and the primary proceeds will be used to further expand the company’s logistics business. While KKR would invest $47 million, which is Rs 242.4 crore, Goldman Sachs will make an add-on investment.
