Nalco gets new director (production)

V Balasubramanyam has assumed charges as executive director (production), of National Aluminium Company (Nalco). Balasubramanyam has contributed significantly from technology adoption to absorption in the field of aluminium technology.

With his vast professional experience, which nested from project execution to plant operation at both the production complexes of Nalco (Angul and Damanjodi), Balasubramanyam has held very critical and crucial positions in the organisation before taking over as director (production).

Balasubramanyam is a life member of Indian Institute of Metals (IIM), management committee member of Federation of Indian Mineral Industries (FIMI) and is also member of energy panel in Odisha chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
