Natco Pharma Q2 net profit up 127% at Rs 66 crore

Hyderabad-based Natco Pharma Limited's net profit more than doubled to Rs 66 crore in the quarter ended September 2016 as compared with Rs 29 crore in the same quarter last year.

Natco's total income from operations has increased 92.5% at Rs 468 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 243 crore in the year-ago period.

Revenue and profit growth was driven by the surge in formulation business, according to Natco.
