Oberoi Realty net falls 50%BS Reporter / January 22, 2012, 0:06 ISTOberoi Realty posted a 50 per cent decline in net profit for the third quarter, due to a decline in home sales in Mumbai. The net profit stood at Rs 102.07 crore, compared with Rs 205.23 crore in the year-ago period. Net sales fell 53 per cent to Rs 185.72 crore.
