Real estate firm Parsvnath Developers reported a 199 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 34.72 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, compared to Rs 11.61 crore a year ago.
Total income jumped to Rs 360.95 crore from Rs 24.09 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
Earnings before interest, tax and depreciation grew 162 per cent to Rs 89.77 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2010 compared to Rs 11.61 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the financial year up to March 3, 2010, the firm reported a 19 per cent growth in net profit to Rs 134.85 crore from Rs 112.91 crore in the previous year.
