 "Paytm launches new wallet app for iOS")
India's largest mobile commerce platform Paytm today launched a new wallet application for iOS devices.
The mobile wallet is currently used by over 50 million users for mobile payments, recharging mobile, DTH and data card. Now, even iOS users can download the brand new Paytm Wallet App and use it for money transfer, request money, and securely store their money online and do shopping and payments.
The Alibaba-backed payment platform has introduced two new features - Slide To Pay & Request Money from Anybody - in the app. One can transfer money to one's friends wallet by simply sliding right.
"Upon sliding right, the payment will be initiated. You can use it for anybody, who has a Paytm Wallet. Did you know, you can even transfer money to your taxi driver’s Paytm wallet when he doesn’t have change?" the company said in a blogpost.

According to the company, users can get the best deals while they do mobile shopping from over 15,000 partners, such as UBER, BookMyShow and MakeMyTrip.
