Polaris Software acquires 2.5% stake in Tyfone Inc
IT firm Polaris Software Lab today said the company through its Ireland-based subsidiary has acquired 2.5 per cent stake in Tyfone Inc for Rs 2.33 crore.
The subsidiary of the company, Polaris Software Lab, Ireland, has invested Rs 2.33 crore for acquiring 2.5 minority stake in Tyfone Inc, Polaris Software said in a filing to the BSE.
Tyfone provides turnkey infrastructure software on phones, and middleware platform.
