R-Infra buys back 50,000 shares

Reliance Infrastructure (R-Infra) announced on Monday that it had bought back a total of 50,000 shares from the public between June 4 and June 17 for Rs 2.84 crore. It bought back 10,000 shares on BSE and 40,000 on NSE.

Shares of R-Infra were trading down 6.47% at Rs 543.25 on NSE on Monday.
