Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) has cleared two projects worth Rs 61.80 crore which will provide employment to 212 persons, an official said today.
The projects were cleared recently by the Industrial Committee of the Corporation chaired by the Principal Secretary Industries and RIICO Chairman Sunil Arora.
A hotel project of 76 rooms (Adinath buildcon pvt ltd) will be set up at New Atish market, Mansarovar at a cost of Rs 39.36 crore. RIICO has sanctioned a term loan of Rs 18.22 crore to the project and it will generate employment for 82 persons.
The second project (Mammon concast pvt ltd) is for manufacturing of MS Billets at Dholpur with an annual installed capacity of 28,600 MT.
The 22.44 crore project has been sanctioned a term loan of Rs 13.46 crore, he added.
