Scooters India Plans Venture With Maruti For Engg Goods
Scooters India Ltd (SIL) plans to float a separate joint venture company with Maruti Udyog Ltd for supplying engineering items. The Rs 140 crore company plans to pick up 26 per cent equity in the joint venture at an estimated Rs 10 crore.
