Sea TV IPO price band fixed at Rs 90-100 per share

Agra-based Sea TV Network Limited, engaged in providing services of a Multi System Operator (MSO) to local cable TV operators of Agra, proposes to enter the capital markets on September 27 with a public issue of equity shares worth Rs 50.20 crore. The price band for this issue has been fixed at Rs 90 to Rs 100 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each. The issue closes on September 29. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE.
