Net sales of the company during the quarter under review stood at Rs 1,982.94 crore, an increase of 41.94%, compared to Rs 1,396.69 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year, the company said in a BSE filing.

Overall expenses in the quarter stood at Rs 1,707.35 crore, an increase of 34.75% as against Rs 1,266.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Shares of Sintex Industries closed at Rs 48.85 apiece, up 3.61% from their previous close on the BSE.
