Hinduja Group firm Defiance Technologies Limited has re-appointed Subu D Subramanian as MD & CEO of the company effective from April 14, 2014. He was with Defiance Technologies from its inception in 2009 to September 2013, when he resigned from the position.

Dheeraj Hinduja, Chairman, Defiance Technologies Limited said, "I am delighted to welcome Subu back to Defiance. Subu brings in deep expertise in creating enterprise scale businesses in the technology space."

Subramanian, who said that he is honoured to be back, said, "My immediate focus is to work closely with our customers to understand their needs and challenges and provide superior solutions leveraging our capabilities in the automotive and manufacturing domain."

He has worked in the Manufacturing and IT Services industry in USA, Europe and India for over 27 years and played multiple roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and led the Manufacturing and Automotive verticals of Satyam Computer Services (which is now Tech Mahindra), before taking over as founding MD and CEO of Defiance in 2009.

Defiance focuses on providing Design, Engineering and Emerging Technology Services and Solutions to Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial and General Manufacturing industries globally.
