Suzlon crosses installations of 5,000 MW mark

Suzlon Energy, the country's largest wind turbine manufacturer, said it has crossed installations of 5000 megawatt in the country.

The installations account for around half of country's total wind installations. Suzlon said it has cumulatively added over 5,000 MW of wind power capacity for over 1,500 customers in India across 40 sites in eight States.

Suzlon's shares were trading at Rs 54.20, nearly one per cent up from previous close.
