Uninor CEO Yogesh Malik resigns
Sigve Brekke, head of Telenor Group's Asia operations, will take over as acting CEO
Sounak Mitra New Delhi Uninor CEO Yogesh Malik has resigned and the company has started the process for selecting its new CEO.
In the interim, as a temporary measure, Sigve Brekke, currently the head of Telenor Group's Asia operations, will take up the position of the acting CEO of the company.
Uninor is backed by Norway-based telecom giant Telenor.
"Malik has made important contributions towards the development of Uninor for the last three years. I thank Malik for his contribution to the company and wish him the best in his future endeavours,” said Brekke.
