Vascon Engineers Ltd, in association with Balakh Realtors Pvt Ltd, will promote a Rs 2,000-crore residential township project at Oragadam, the automobile hub of Tamil Nadu.
Vascon managing director R Vasudevan said the project will spread on over 105 acres, owned by the joint venture partner Balakh Realtors.
The company would develop around 10 million sft in four phases over a period of six years. The project will comprise residential units and commercial establishments like shopping malls.
The first phase, to start next year, will be completed in 18 months. “The price would range from Rs 25 lakh to Rs 80 lakh,” he added.
Vascon entered the south Indian real estate market with its project in Coimbatore three months ago.
