The Wadia group chairman, Nusli Wadia, and F E Dinshaw Trust & F E Dinshaw Charities, of which Wadia is an administrator, are selling 1.5 acres in the Malad area here. The reasons for the sale are not known.

The four plots of 67,257 square feet in Malad East are expected to fetch Rs 80-90 crore, said property consultants. The plots will be auctioned online, said the two charities in a public notice.

The Wadias are in a legal tussle with the Raheja group over properties in Malad, owned by F E Dinshaw Estate.
