BHARTI Walmart opened its best price wholesale store here on Wednesday. This is the second store in the state and 14th in the country.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Mediratta, Business Head – Cash & Carry, said they had invested $7 million to establish the store and had extended membership to 25,000 retail traders from the district. The store is spread over over 53,000 square feet and is a one-stop business-to-business store that meets the day-to-day needs of restaurant owners, hoteliers, caterers, fruit and vegetable resellers, kirana stores, offices and institutions, he said.
