Zensar Technologies gained 1.93 per cent to Rs 161 after the company's US unit Zensar Technologies Inc signed an agreement to acquire US-based limited liability company PSI Holdings Group Inc and its subsidiaries.
The company made this announcement during trading hours today.
The stock hit a high of Rs 164.50 and a low of Rs 159 so far during the day.
The company has an equity capital of Rs 43.26 crore. Face value per share is Rs. 10.
Zensar Technologies' consolidated net profit fell 15.33 per cent to Rs 27.50 crore on 8.99 per cent rise in net sales to Rs 263.33 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 over the June-ended quarter 2010.
