Zensar to buy US-based PSI Holdings Group
IT firm Zensar Technologies today said it has entered into an agreement to acquire a US-based limited liability company PSI Holdings Group Inc and its subsidiary.
The wholly owned subsidiary of the company, Zensar Technologies, have entered into an agreement to acquire PSI Holdings Group Inc and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Zensar Technologies said in a Bombay Stock Exchange.
However, the company did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition. The company share was trading at Rs 160.40 on the BSE, up by 1.55 per cent from the previous close.
