CEB acquires Zinnov incubated Talent Neuron

Talent Neuron provides comprehensive data, insights and benchmarks that are quintessential for talent planning and acquisition

It seems India's technology product segment is going to be the next big region for mergers and acquisitions. Zinnov, an advisory and management consulting firm, today announced the successful sale of Talent Neuron, a web-based Talent Planning and Management Platform that provides data, insights and analytics to HR decision-makers, to Corporate Executive Board (CEB).

Talent Neuron was conceptualized and developed in-house at Zinnov for the last two years.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. CEB is a NYSE listed firm that provides advisory services to leading firms across the globe.

Talent Neuron is a talent planning and management solution that leverages big data principles and methodologies to enable companies plan, build and optimize their global talent. In addition to this, the platform provides data, insights and benchmarks that are quintessential for talent planning and acquisition. It also leverages data across over 610 locations, 7,500 companies, and 20.1 million professionals, serving 10 domains, 140 functions and 700+ skills.
