Former Tamil Nadu chief minister O Panneerselvam has ordered an inquiry into the death of J Jayalalithaa.
Accompanied by Rajya Sabha member, Dr V Maitreyan the first member of Parliament to support the former chief minister, Panneerselvam ordered a judicial probe into the death of Jayalalithaa after her treatment at Apollo Hospital.
“A commission of inquiry will be appointed headed by a Supreme Court judge to probe into the death of Jayalalithaa.”
He said there are a lot of questions about the death of Jayalalithaa on Dec 5 after being admitted into Apollo Hospital for 75 days.
Asked if he would welcome Deepa to work with him, Panneerselvam said that "anyone was welcome to join in the fight."
