Anjani Sinha sent to judicial custody in NSEL case

Sinha will have an option to file bail plea when court opens on November 4

Anjani Sinha, former MD & CEO of the crisis riden NSEL was to judicial custody today. Police produced him to session court today.

He will have an option to file bail plea when court opens on 4 november. NSEL is facing Rs.5574 crore default and economic offense wing of Mumbai police has arrested him two weeks ago.

Nilesh Patel, MD of NK Proteins, NSEL’s biggest borrower defaulter with outstanding of Rs.970 crore and two other officials of NSEL Amit Mukherjee and Jai Bahukahndi have been sent to police custody till 4 November.
