Results of the Common Admission Test (CAT) examination, through which students gain entry in management institutes, are expected to be announced Jan 14, 2014, an official said Wednesday.
"This year's testing window was conducted smoothly and the result is likely to be announced Jan 14, 2014," said CAT convenor Rohit Kapoor.
The CAT 2013 examination concluded Monday. This year, a total of 1,94,516 candidates took the tests at 76 test centres across 40 cities.
Candidates take the CAT examination to gain entry to the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) and several other management institutes.
